Can I book the Phantom for an airport transfer?

Yes, we provide elite airport transfers in the Phantom to all major London airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick, and private aviation terminals such as Farnborough and Biggin Hill. Please note luggage is limited to two large suitcases.

How far in advance should I reserve this vehicle?

As the Phantom is in exceptionally high demand, particularly during the summer wedding season and major London events, we strongly advise booking several months in advance to secure availability.

Does the chauffeur wear a formal suit?

Yes, without exception. Our elite chauffeurs are immaculately presented in dark, tailored suits, traditional ties, and polished footwear, reflecting the prestige of the vehicle.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge.

Do you monitor flight arrival times?

Yes, our dispatch team and chauffeurs actively monitor all commercial and private aviation flights. We adjust your pickup time automatically for early arrivals or delays at no extra cost.

Are your chauffeurs properly licensed?

Absolutely. All of our chauffeurs undergo rigorous background checks and hold valid Chauffeur and DVLA licenses issued by the Government Body duly authorised by The Department of Transport.

Can I make changes to my route during the journey?

Yes, our chauffeurs are highly flexible. Any additional stops, waiting time, or route changes can be accommodated and will be billed according to our hourly or mileage rates.
