Each city is quoted to you in GBP at the time of booking, at our agreed fixed FX. No surprise currency conversion on the invoice.
Is the chauffeur English-speaking?
Yes, English fluency is a brief requirement in every city. We confirm with each partner before assignment.
What if something goes wrong mid-engagement abroad?
You call your named London dispatcher 24/7. They resolve with the local operator; the principal does not deal directly with foreign-language operations.
Can you provide armoured vehicles internationally?
In specific cities: NYC, Dubai, Geneva, Singapore. Lead time 7-14 working days; quoted on the specific brief.
How is the same standard guaranteed across cities?
