Guidelines & Service Agreements

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the All Aboard Transport website and the booking of our luxury chauffeur services. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

  • "We," "our," or "us" refers to All Aboard Transport.
  • "You" or "your" refers to the user, passenger, or customer using our website or services.

2. Use of Our Website

  • 2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or services.
  • 2.2. You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may impair the performance, availability, or accessibility of the website.
  • 2.3. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain areas of the website or the entire website at our discretion.

3. Bookings, Amendments & Special Requests

  • 3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our concierge team. A booking is not guaranteed until you receive a formal confirmation.
  • 3.2. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for online bookings. For urgent, last-minute requests, clients must call our operations team directly.
  • 3.3. Accuracy: The client is strictly responsible for ensuring all booking details (dates, times, locations, and flight numbers) provided are accurate. We accept no liability for missed flights or appointments due to incorrect information provided by the client.
  • 3.4. Modifications & Amendments: Changes to your booking (including vehicle type, date, or time) requested within 24 to 48 hours of the pickup time are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees or additional charges. Last-minute modifications requested within 2 hours of pickup may not be possible.
  • 3.5. Child Seats: The client must notify us of specific requirements (e.g., child seats) at the time of booking to ensure we can safely accommodate your needs.

4. Fleet Allocation & Vehicle Substitution

  • 4.1. Right to Substitute: All Aboard Transport reserve the right to change vehicles before the start of a journey based on availability without prior notice, if a vehicle that was previously requested is unavailable or if there is a risk of a driver not making it on time for a pick up. There is no right to a particular vehicle model associated with a booked vehicle class; in particular, regional differences are possible.
  • 4.2. Guaranteed Category: All Aboard Transport will guarantee the vehicle category chosen by you but not the make or colour of the vehicle.
  • 4.3. Complimentary Upgrades: Subject to availability, we may upgrade your vehicle to a higher premium class at no additional cost. It is possible for All Aboard Transport to upgrade from the vehicle class “Business Class” to a higher vehicle class (such as “Business Van” or “First Class”) at any time at no additional cost for the user depending on availability. Upgrades explicitly requested by the customer are subject to availability and will incur a higher price based on the new category.
  • 4.4. Affiliate Network: In the event our core fleet is fully allocated, we may utilise trusted, fully-vetted subcontracted vehicles from our premium partner network to fulfil your journey seamlessly.

5. Waiting Time & Extra Charges

To ensure a stress-free experience, we offer complimentary waiting time as follows:

  • 5.1. Airport & Seaport Transfers: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from the official landed/docked time.
  • 5.2. Standard Pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled booking time.
  • 5.3. Extra Time: Any additional waiting time beyond these allowances will be charged at our standard hourly rate for the respective vehicle class, billed in 15-minute increments.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

We operate a strict cancellation policy to protect the allocation of our vehicles and chauffeurs:

  • 6.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • 6.2. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours prior to the pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • 6.3. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the pickup time, or passenger "no-shows," will be charged at 100% of the total booking value.
  • 6.4. For large capacity vehicles (coaches, minibuses) and specialised wedding vehicles, a strict 7-day cancellation policy applies.

7. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

  • 7.1. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a journey immediately—without refund—if any passenger demonstrates abusive, threatening, or strictly inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or chauffeurs.
  • 7.2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and the consumption of food are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.
  • 7.3. Damage & Soiling: The client will be held fully financially responsible for any damage or excessive soiling caused by them or their guests to the vehicle's interior or exterior. A minimum valeting fee of £150 will apply for interior soiling to cover professional cleaning and vehicle downtime.

8. Luggage and Animals

  • 8.1. Capacity & Requirements: Maximum luggage per vehicle applies. It is your responsibility when reserving a vehicle to check that it has sufficient space and weight allowance to accommodate the luggage to be carried. Please ensure you advise the number and size of your luggage at the time of booking.
  • 8.2. Refusal of Carriage: If customers have any extra luggage which does not fit in the car boot, the trip will be refused by the chauffeur and will be charged fully for the booking. All Aboard Transport reserve the right to refuse the carriage of luggage if in the chauffeur’s judgement the volume or weight is excessive.
  • 8.3. Hand Luggage: One piece of hand luggage per passenger such as a handbag, briefcase, or a laptop bag, which is carried in the passenger compartment, is included and free of charge for all of our booking classes.
  • 8.4. Liability for Belongings: All Aboard Transport accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car howsoever such loss or damage is caused.

9. Limitation of Liability & Delays

  • 9.1. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided on our website, but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • 9.2. Transit Delays: While we leverage real-time traffic monitoring and experienced routing to ensure punctuality, All Aboard Transport cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes extreme weather conditions, unexpected road closures, traffic accidents, or acts of God.
  • 9.3. Vehicle Breakdowns: In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown prior to or during a journey, we will make every immediate effort to supply a comparable replacement vehicle. If a replacement cannot be provided and the journey cannot be fulfilled, a full refund for the affected portion of the service will be offered.
  • 9.4. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including missed flights or meetings) arising from your use of our website or services.

10. Privacy Policy

  • 10.1. By using our website or services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • 11.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our intellectual property and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  • 11.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any part of our website without our prior written consent.

12. Links to Other Websites

  • 12.1. Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or have control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these websites.

13. Governing Law

  • 13.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • 14.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
