Which Sprinter configuration is right for my group?

If you have heavy luggage requirements (like airport transfers with multiple suitcases per person), our 12 seater and 16 seater models are ideal as they maximise boot space. For pure passenger volume, our 19 seater and 32 seater configurations are perfect.

Are these vehicles suitable for long distance UK tours?

Absolutely. The Sprinter VIP Class is specifically designed for long distance comfort, making it the preferred choice for sightseeing tours and corporate roadshows across the country.

Can passengers stand up inside the vehicle?

Yes, our VIP Sprinters and Mini Coaches feature a high roof design, allowing most adults to stand comfortably, which makes entering and exiting exceptionally easy.

Is the Sprinter fleet ULEZ compliant for Central London?

Yes, our entire Sprinter and Mini Coach fleet consists of modern, low emission vehicles that are fully compliant with London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone regulations.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge.

Do you monitor flight arrival times?

Yes, our dispatch team and chauffeurs actively monitor all commercial and private aviation flights. We adjust your pickup time automatically for early arrivals or delays at no extra cost.

Are your chauffeurs properly licensed?

Absolutely. All of our chauffeurs undergo rigorous background checks and hold valid Chauffeur and DVLA licenses issued by the Government Body duly authorised by The Department of Transport.

Can I make changes to my route during the journey?

Yes, our chauffeurs are highly flexible. Any additional stops, waiting time, or route changes can be accommodated and will be billed according to our hourly or mileage rates.
